第3屆「霓虹綠洲音樂祭」將以「霓虹」為主軸，於4月19、20日在台北市萬華華中露營場舉行，並邀集Original Love、高中生話題新星AKASAKI、動畫「BanG Dream!」鼓手聲優米澤茜、NJZ成員Minji力推的Brandy Senki等英、日、韓、泰音樂人齊聚。

除了多組海內外的演出陣容，今年活動還將聯手藝廊「Whimsy Works奇想會」；唱片行與黑膠愛好者的盛會「Record Store Day Japan(日本唱片日)」；全台最大復古改裝車社群「Gear Up Moto」；集結創作者的虛擬組織「蓋亞高校」；發掘潛力新聲的 Live Session「直接來 FROM DA TOP」一同打造讓音樂與城市連結的現場體驗，期盼在今年的霓虹綠洲音樂祭，讓樂迷在都市中心盡情享受音樂狂歡。
日本卡司方面還有今年即將登上FUJI ROCK的「She Her Her Hers」；曾多次來台拍攝MV的「XinU」；自NICONICO獲得關注的「七音阿卡莉」；有著模特身份更曾為Phoenix、Khruangbin等葛萊美級名團開場的東京復古迷幻三人組「GLIIICO」；從日本Sony新人徵選中脫穎而出的雙女主唱組合「EMNW」：日本雷鬼新生代名團「ASOUND」等。霓虹綠洲音樂祭門票於KKTIX熱賣中。
