Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

韓國女團NewJeans去年宣布與所屬公司ADOR的專屬契約作廢，將自行活動。韓國法院今天裁定通過ADOR聲請的假處分，禁止NewJeans成員私自活動。
NewJeans 5名成員原隸屬韓國娛樂公司HYBE集團旗下子公司ADOR，去年11月以ADOR違反合約為由宣布解約，將自由進行演藝活動，之後更改名NJZ，預告23日發表新歌。
首爾中央地方法院接受ADOR提出的假處分聲請，裁定NewJeans不得獨立進行演藝活動。
法院認為，NewJeans方至今提出的主張與資料，難以充分證明ADOR有重大違約或損害雙方信賴關係情事，對NewJeans方提出的所有主張都難以採納。
對於NewJeans主張ADOR解除前公司代表閔熙珍職務違反經紀業務，法院認為這只是債權方（ADOR）的經營判斷，與債務方（NewJeans）相關製作業務沒有直接關係，契約上也沒有必須委任閔熙珍製作，或能將此視作簽約動機的內容。

法院指出，ADOR對NewJeans的結算義務等契約內容多數已履行，反而因為NewJeans單方面通報解約而無法根據契約履行經紀工作；即使ADOR在履約上多少有些不足之處，但很難斷定已經到了破壞雙方信賴關係的程度。
此外，ADOR在NewJeans出道前就承受相當大的風險，投入相當長時間的支援與資金，但NewJeans在出道後取得大量人氣後，僅2年就提出解約，會對ADOR造成莫大損害。
NewJeans成員去年宣布解約後，ADOR今年1月向法院聲請假處分，要求法院認可ADOR的經紀公司地位，並禁止NewJeans未經允許自行簽署廣告合約，之後又擴大禁止活動範圍至音樂活動等所有演藝活動。
