Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

康芮颱風停班課原劉德華演唱會照常，下午北捷與主辦單位溝通後延期，外界質疑決策慢半拍，北捷總經理黃清信今晚間在防災會議前受訪表示，北捷基於Better safe than sorry，安全還是比事後的道歉好，北捷還是基於安全跟主辦方協調延期。
由於下午宣布延期時間，小巨蛋內已經有不少歌迷排隊，還有歌迷得知延期忍不住失望到「爆哭」。黃清信表示，上午防災會議結束後，他就直接到小巨蛋召集相關主管聯繫主辦單位，整體需要協調很多事，包含怎麼樣後續、及相關方案，需要一點時間。過程確實還是針對很多細節做一個更細緻的討論，這個時間如果可以更早的話，北捷也希望可以更早一點，這部分未來也會納入檢討。

對於演唱會在颱風天停班課的相關決策，黃表示，昨天主辦單位是有講今天滾動式檢討，聲明上也很清楚，早上防災會議北捷也表達有偵測到實際的風量，也是已經達到標準。所以基於安全跟主辦單位來協調，讓整個活動能夠安全地來舉辦，這是市府的一個想法。
對於外界質疑，昨天就可以強制要求延期，為何今天才溝通？黃表示，各方的建議北捷都聽到了，這個可以後續檢討。市長蔣萬安也有指示，未來可以針對這樣的一個情況，在契約裡面寫得更清楚，這部分很快就會來檢討。
