Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

資深音樂人張洪量2008年娶了立陶宛籍體操選手Jekaterina Servut（Kate），婚後兩人育有一子一女，不過妻子2021年因肝硬化進行換肝手術，但隔年仍是不幸病逝，痛失愛妻的張洪量曾在演唱會上忍不住落淚。
據「鏡週刊」報導，張洪量的愛妻當時因肝衰竭須進行換肝手術，他第一時間表示願意捐肝給妻子，不過經過檢測無法配對，最後找到張洪量的表弟配對成功，並由亞洲換肝之父、高雄長庚醫院名譽院長陳肇隆親自執刀，但是手術完成後隔年，2022年妻子的肝臟又出現問題，而且病情惡化很快，愛妻心切的張洪量懇求醫護人員盡力救治，他還打算到香港找肝救妻，最後仍是不幸病逝。

張洪量強忍喪妻之痛，打起精神照顧一雙兒女，目前一家人定居在美國洛杉磯，2023年他在馬來西亞演唱會上憶起愛妻，更是忍不住痛哭落淚。
