Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

有「台灣搖滾天王」、「搖滾詩人」之稱的伍佰（吳俊霖）出道邁入第34年，他早前上英語教學節目《驚奇玩起來》秀英文，還透露藝名「伍佰」由來。
伍佰表示家裡賣檳榔，家裡牆上貼著他滿滿獎狀，有次客人來看到，就說「你兒子這麼厲害」、「五科都五百哦？」，「五百 伍佰」就成了藝名，主持人Sandra則笑稱「如果那時候考六科跟七科，不就會改變你的藝名嗎？」，隨即主持人試著想像著「歡迎六百／七百、八百老師」，但越試著叫越母湯，連伍佰都笑了。
伍佰還提出對英腔與美式發音不同的不解，表示團裡第一任貝斯手是英國人，講often時「t」發音，而第二任鼓手是美國人，講often時「t」又發音，他直言：「為什麼t你不發音」，主持人Eko則冷冷地吐出：「因為美國人的英文是假的」，伍佰聽了之後愣了一下，隨即爆笑。
伍佰在節目中也談到第一次到國外混音，與國外大師交流還被對方形容是「Angry young man」，甚至坦言當時覺得成品「太難聽了」，但經過一年後，他再聽到，突然覺得「還不錯」，而當時的感受更讓伍佰吐出金句：「所謂經典是來自於他的缺點，所以勝敗不是看現在，生命自己會慢慢找到路出來。」
網友看了訪談，直讚「伍佰老師真的是藝術家」、「有才華有內涵」、「搖滾詩人 當之無愧」，認為伍白長紅不是沒有道理的。
